give you a beautiful bill!

should be good quality, black and white, or color. Photo should
be close-up, in focus, and vertical format (wide horizontal group
shots are not recommended). The subject of the photo should be
on a plain background (photos with objects in the background are
not recommended). Photo will be sized to fit the gray "Your
Photo Here" oval area shown below. Company logo or other
artwork may be substituted for photo. Photo or artwork file must
be a 300dpi TIFF file. If you do not have the capability to scan
